Kanom Krok: Royal Cuisine

If you’re a sweets lover in Bangkok, you’re in for a treat with the array of delicious Thai desserts ready to excite your taste buds.

Many of the best traditional dessert vendors are hidden away in small alleys, just waiting to be discovered.

Kanom Krok: Royal Cuisine at Rama 8 Bridge

Kanom Krok is a delicious coconut pancake. This street vendor claims they got the recipe from a chef who worked in a palace, which is why their place is called Kanom Krok: Royal Cuisine.

Their Kanom Krok is crispy on the outside and smooth in the middle. It’s less sweet compared to other shops and is popular among locals and people who come to exercise under the Rama 8 bridge.

It is located at the Rama 8 bridge near the 7-11, where many local food vendors sell their goods in the evening.
