Cassava Cake Coconut: Trok Mor

When it comes to satisfying your love for sweets in Bangkok, you’re in for a treat with the variety of tasty Thai desserts waiting to excite your taste buds.

Most of the best and traditional dessert vendors are tucked away in small alleys, waiting to be discovered.

Cassava Cake with Shredded Coconut, known in Thai as “Kanom Hua Man” is available inside Trok Mor Morning Market.

The vendor also sells Coconut Balls (Kanom Tom), which are made from glutinous rice flour filled with sweet coconut and coated in shredded coconut.

These chewy and tender treats are a delightful snack any time of day.
