Jackfruit: Bobae

If you’re a fan of tropical fruits in Bangkok, you’re in for a treat with the variety of delicious Thai offerings ready to excite your taste buds.

Many of the finest traditional fruit vendors are tucked away in small alleys, just waiting to be discovered.

Jackfruit: Bobae

This aunt sells Jackfruit at the local price of only 25 Baht. Though she doesn’t earn much, it’s enough to feed herself. She walks around the Bobae Market area, offering fresh and sweet jackfruit throughout the seasons.

If you can’t find her, you can walk to Mahanak Fruit Market and enjoy a wide variety of tropical fruits there.
